Recipe: Good Morning Smoothie-Berry & Pineapple

Hi Y'all!  I just made this smoothie for myself and I'm sitting here enjoying it as I type out this post.  I've made this one for years and I just can't stop going back to it.  I love the flavor profile of blueberry, pineapple and power greens; they all go so well together.  So well in fact, I may need to put them in a bowl with some goat cheese and a vinaigrette as lunch later! {Get back to breakfast Jenna} .  This smoothie is full of fiber, protein, antioxidants, electrolytes and clean protein.  Bonus reminder:  Don't forget to take your vitamins and supplements for the day, those are so easy to skip over on a busy morning getting kids to school. 

Ingredients 

11 oz organic coconut water

1 scoop favorite vanilla protein (mine is Vega plant based protein plus micro greens) 

4 frozen pineapple chunks

1 handful frozen berry blend

1/2 a ripe banana

2 handfuls organic power greens

Add all ingredients to blender (liquid first).  Blend and chow down, ummm slurp down.
