W.O.W. 10/18/17

{Hey y’all!   I am a couple days late to post this week because I am busy taking care of sick kiddos at home.  #momlife  My next Workout Of The Week will be posted on Monday, per usual}.

This HIIT routine will work your whole body and get your heart rate moving up and down consistently to maximize calorie burn.  Strive for five sets of each circuit! #wannabefit @wannabejenna. 100 Jump Ropes

20 KB swings with squats

10 full extension push ups (lift hands at bottom)

20 V-UPS each side

{Strive for FIVE total sets of each circuit}. It took me 25 minutes and I burned 204 calories.
