I’ve become addicted to workouts in my garage BC it’s just so convenient; I workout while my kids play in the yard.  It’s a win-win.  This Workout Of The Week consists of basic moves and minimal equipment, per usual.  You can do this workout anywhere and the moves can be modified to your fitness level.

100 jump ropes, 20 kneeling squats (ten each leg and stay in engaged position, never fully standing) 20 deadlifts into double upright rows (squeeze your hamstrings & booty to get back up and keep your back straight), 40 bicycle crunches (20 each leg).  Rest for one minute between each circuit.  Strive for FIVE total rounds.

I completed only three rounds this week before I had to go inside and take dinner out of the oven to serve my family.  It took 20 min and I burned 190 calories.
